  • Vacancy First Line Help Desk Support
  • Daily responsibilities include:

    • Responsibility for being the first point of contact on the IT Helpdesk.

    • Logging tickets and assigning as necessary across the IT department.

    • Providing first time fixes and escalating tickets were needed

    • New Starters and Leavers administration

    • Prioritisation of tickets to meet SLA and KPI targets.

    • Escalating IT issues to Second line support and Management where necessary.

    • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.

    • Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops.

       

      What you will bring to the team:

    • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.

    • Experience supporting customers over the phone and in person.

    • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts.

    • Assisting small- to medium-sized IT moves and projects.

    • Be passionate about technology

    • Full UK Driving Licence Essential
