  • Vacancy Warranty Administrator
  • To be successful in this role you will have

    • Previous motor industry experience in a similar position or within an aftersales environment (preferable), however both internal and manufacturer-based training will be provided;
    • Excellent time management skills, prioritising your daily workload to ensure all time sensitive deadlines are met;
    • A meticulous and thorough approach with an attention to detail for accuracy;
    • The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally; and
    • A positive attitude to problem solving, to ensure justified claims are fully reimbursed.

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensuring warranty compliance of paperwork presented prior to claim progression;
    • Confirming all submissions reflect the correct data, guaranteeing only accurate and fully justified claims are submitted within strict time limits;
    • Monitoring the dispatch of paperwork from sites along with requests from our manufacturers in relation to material returns;
    • Acting upon claims discrepancies on a daily basis to ensure successful and prompt payment;
    • Reconciling manufacturer payments;
    • Utilising departmental spreadsheets; and
    • Conducting internal warranty audits and acting upon any potential deficiencies highlighted.

    Working hours

    Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with half an hour for lunch.
