  • Vacancy Segensworth Parts Plus Advisor
  • Parts Advisors are the first point of contact for customers who require parts for their vehicles.  The role will primarily involve handling and processing parts enquires and orders from our trade customers.  Applicants must therefore have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

    Service and or parts knowledge would be an advantage along with good computer skills, above all, a high level of enthusiasm along with an acute attention to detail needs to be delivered by the applicant to ensure 100% customer and employee satisfaction.  Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect to enable you to progress within the Group.

    The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm with half an hour for lunch (45hrs per week).
