It is essential that you have previous experience within vehicle sales, are passionate about developing the business and know how to get the best out of a team. As well as being a forward thinker and exceptional leader who has fresh ideas and initiative, you must also operate to the highest standards and champion best practice throughout. This is an excellent chance to draw on the experience and skill sets of your team whilst putting your own stamp on the business.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
Working hours
You will work a 45-hour week (5 days out of every 7 on a rolling rota).
