    Job Position Summary:
    We're looking for a smart, driven VFX enthusiast to join our Technology team, providing technical and application support to our 900 employees in our central London office. Support includes diagnosis and resolution of issues arising from production applications, including Maya, Nuke and Houdini. Working from our Great Portland Street offices, you will join a team of around 25 staff in the Technology department.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide technical support via telephone, email, remote control and in person.
    Diagnose and resolve problems.
    Liaise with third-party providers.
    Track faults through our ticketing system.
    Ensure that employees are kept up to date with progress.
    Answer employees questions.

    Person Specification:
    An enthusiastic individual seeking an IT support role within a creative environment.

    Education / Qualifications:
    Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area.
    Good A level or equivalent grades.

    Skill Requirements:
    Able to work autonomously and within a team.
    Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    Self-motivated.
    Keen to learn - through on the job training and personal study.
    Good time management and priority handling.
    Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.
    Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
    Initiative to find answers to new questions.
    Professional working attitude.
    Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

    Technical Skills:
    Creative applications such as Maya, Houdini or Nuke.
    Linux.
