• Recruitment Administrator

  • A fantastic entry-level opportunity has arisen within the busy Recruitment Team at the company’s head office. This role would suit someone looking to take his or her first step within HR or Recruitment in a hi-tech or creative environment.

    The Recruitment Administrator is a critical role supporting the entire team with all day-to-day administration and coordination. The role is both internal client and candidate facing, so a positive, helpful and can-do attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must.

    You will support the Recruitment function by placing job adverts on both our website and external jobs sites, liaise with candidates based locally and internationally to book telephone, Skype and in-person interviews, manage the diaries of the busy Recruiters and Recruitment Manager, book meeting rooms, and meet-and-greet candidates and visitors where required.

    You will also assist with managing the applicant tracking system, by distributing applications to reviewers within the business, creating and circulating reports, and updating the database with interview notes and status changes.  You will oversee the recruitment email inbox, responding to and escalating queries where appropriate.

    As a team, we also hold and attend events both internally and externally, in locations all around the world. You will assist with researching and booking travel, accommodation and venues, preparing and shipping equipment, and, for internal events, managing invitations and RSVPs.

    This is a hugely varied role, with scope to take on projects and progress within the business.

    Must Have:

    • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

    Nice to Have:

    • Previous work experience in an administrative role
    • Educated to degree level, with a strong academic record
